This shipping label is completely optional. You are welcome to purchase your own shipping label through your preferred carrier if you choose.

If you opt to purchase this label, you can potentially save hundreds on the cost to overnight ship your bouquet to our studio. Through our UPS partnership, we are able to offer this exclusive flat rate of $170, regardless of where you are located. This label is for packages shipped from within the 48 contiguous United States and Alaska.

When you select this add-on, a printable shipping label and shipping instructions will be emailed to you within 24 hours. This label covers shipping for one box with a size of up to 18” × 18” × 18” (no longer than 18 inches on any side). If you choose a box that exceeds 20 inches on any side, you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost before your bouquet arrives at our studio. We do not provide a box.

    • This shipping label is to be purchased as an add-on to your flower preservation order.

    • This label covers shipping for one box with a size of up to 18” × 18” × 18” (no longer than 18 inches on any side). This box size should fit most bouquets.

    • This label is for packages shipped from within the 48 contiguous United States and Alaska.

    • Packages shipped with this label must be shipped Monday-Thursday. For packages shipped on Friday, you must confirm Saturday delivery with the shipping carrier.

    • Please note this is a non-refundable payment once the shipping label has been emailed to you.

    • The preservation process from start to finish can take 3-5 months.

    • Any additional keepsakes may be ordered anytime throughout the preservation process.

    • A $500 minimum is required for all initial orders. Any subsequent orders can be any amount, big or small.
