how it works and what to expect with our process
From wedding bouquet to Forever Bouquet™.
1: ORDER & HANG TIGHT
First, purchase your custom floral preservation artwork to ensure your spot in our studio. We have availability year-round, and while we recommend booking in advance to ensure you have everything you need on hand to properly care for and pack your bouquet for shipment, we can routinely accommodate last-minute, urgent orders as well. We know planning for life events can be a busy time, so don’t stress if you didn’t book early - we’re happy to help guide you through it! Additional keepsakes may be ordered anytime throughout the preservation process. The whole process, from bouquet arrival to final delivery, can take approximately 3-4 months.
2: SEND & RECEIVE
Within 24-48 hours of your event, please overnight ship your fresh flowers to our studio. You will receive an email confirmation of your preservation order, along with our shipping address and step-by-step instructions on how to care for, package and safely ship your bouquet to Honeybee.
3: PREP & DESIGN
Once your bouquet arrives at our studio, we will carefully deconstruct it and begin the meticulous drying process with precision to preserve as much of the color and form of your beautiful flowers as possible. Once dry, Honeybee will email you with a digital design mockup of your custom artwork based on your bouquet style and responses to the provided questionnaire. Upon your final layout approval, we will begin the intricate, multi-layer resin process of turning your sentimental bouquet into a Forever Bouquet™.
4: DELIVER & LOVE
Once your keepsakes are complete and polished to shiny perfection, Honeybee will carefully package your dimensional UV-stable artwork to ensure absolute protection during transit. We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can easily follow your keepsake’s journey to its new home, ready to display and love always!
